Transitioning with GBC Facility Services

Seamless Planning and Execution

GBC Facility Services provides a seamless transition through all stages to ensure continuity to avoid potential pitfalls. Clients actively participate in planning and execution, fostering complete accountability.

Before start:

First day orientation (each shift with management team)
Oversee performance on cleanroom behaviors as per ISSA cleaning standards
Ensure staff are WHIMS certified if not schedule
Ensure all equipment is placed in designated areas training
Ensure all SDS sheets, and safety protocols are established in confirmed designated areas

During start:

First day orientation (each shift with management team)
Oversee performance on cleanroom behaviors as per ISSA cleaning standards

After start

Monthly formal audits to identify deficiencies, stop and correct behaviors that does not comply with the legislation or deem unsafe.
Formal audits will always be completed using quality assurance software adhering to APPA outcome levels.
Auditor will alternate between standard and non standard working hours to observe cleaning in action.
Following completion of the formal audit, the auditor will review the results with the onsite supervisor(s) who will assist with the direction of the staff to correct all deficiencies.
The auditor will review the results with the client including deficiency resolution steps taken
